A rundown surfboard that she found in a trash container outside her house was the catalyst for her winning a contest in her early twenties. As she reached the age of five She began to learn how to surf. Her first contest was taken home at the age of six. Her home was San Clemente California before moving to Hawaii. She received the Triple Crown Rookie of the Award in 2003. Ashley also won other awards, including that of the National Scholastic Surfing Association title and Professional Surfing Tour of America. Ashley was the her first title in the 2010 Pipeline Women's Pro at Hawaii. Ashley was ranked 59th on this year's Women's Qualification Series. Anastasia Ashley posed with Maxim Magazine and Sport's Illustrated during 2014. The model launched the Gypsy Jet Set Jewelry line together with OK1984 in 2014.
